Building the DQN ecosystem
DQN had a homepage and a loyal NFT community, but no product. As Design Lead I designed the BLOOD loyalty system, profiles, quests, a multi-token shop and a limited merch claim on one state-driven design system.
Rebuilding Bango for everyone
I led the relaunch of Bango, a prediction market for micro-communities: a new brand, a calmer market UI, social login instead of wallet-first onboarding, and XP rewards that bring people back.
